Some people buy a new outfit for a special occasion – I’ve always searched for a new fragrance.

For me, perfume isn’t just a finishing touch. It’s a feeling, a memory, a moment bottled in time. Before a special event, I set out to find a fragrance that had captured my attention: Delina by Parfums de Marly. It was elegant, feminine, and adored by fragrance lovers around the world – but to my surprise, I couldn’t find it anywhere in Townsville.

Later, on a business trip down south, I wandered into a little parfumerie. It was unlike anything I’d experienced – rows of exquisite bottles, niche brands I’d only read about, and an atmosphere that made fragrance feel like art. And there it was: Delina. I sprayed it, smiled, and made a quiet decision right then and there…
If Townsville didn’t have a place like this… I would create one.

That was the moment Parfumerie Enchanté was born.

Today, what began as a personal passion has become North Queensland’s first and only niche parfumerie. A boutique built on emotion, craftsmanship, and the art of true fragrance discovery.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. If your item is on Backorder, we’ll keep you updated – and notify you right away if any delays are expected.

If your item is on backorder, don’t worry — we’ll ship your full order out within approximately 7–10 business days. These perfumes are incredibly sought after and do sell fast, so thank you for your patience!
As a little thank you for waiting, you may even receive a special extra in your parcel 💝

Yes! We have Le Club Enchanté — our in-store loyalty program for fragrance lovers. While it doesn’t yet sync with our website, we’re working on bringing everything together soon.
In the meantime, even if you shop online, we notice our regulars and love to surprise you with extra goodies, samples, or special discounts along the way. 💫

Yes — 100% genuine. Every fragrance we stock is sourced directly from the official fragrance houses. In fact, before we could bring these luxurious niche perfumes to North Queensland, we had to gain approval from the brands’ head offices themselves.

Yes! Every order includes a complimentary luxury niche sample, handpicked as a special gift from us to you. It’s our way of saying thank you — and giving you the chance to discover something new and unforgettable.

At this time we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned — international shipping is on our radar!

At Parfumerie Enchanté, we take great care to ensure that each order is prepared beautifully and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

💌 Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item, we are happy to offer store credit once the product is returned to us in its original, unused condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only store credit in the form of a gift card or coupon to use on a future purchase.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Samples

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

✉️ How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at rach@parfumerieenchante.com.au with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions for sending your item back.


💳 Store Credit Details

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Store credit will be issued via email within 2–3 business days

  • Credit is valid for 12 months from issue date

  • It can be used both online and in-store
